Cooking
Beat soft butter with sugar.
Add egg and again beat until creamy
Pour the sour cream with the soda.
Add the flour with the yeast and knead the dough. The dough will be very soft.
Roll out the pastry to 5 mm. And cut into squares of approximately 5*5cm. to Put on each square a slice of the chocolate (I each slice is still divided in half) and cherry (cherry is better not to defrost).
To put two ends. Bake at 200 gr. 15-20 minutes until Golden brown.
The cookie is soft, better to keep it in a closed container.
