This amazing Portuguese island of Madeira, the birthplace of the famous wines. Let's try to make beef stew in Portuguese. And let's not forget, of course, add the wine. Despite the simplicity of the dishes, the taste of it turns bright, full-bodied, slightly spicy. And may we, too, will spring. Spring in the heart.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Liver pork

    250 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Carnation

    2 piece

  • Parsley

  • Dry red wine

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Pork cut into small cubes.

Onion cut into small cubes. Parsley chopped. Chop the garlic as small as possible.

Stew the pork in a dry red wine with onions, garlic, parsley, salt, cloves and black pepper.

The liver is cut into the same cubes as the meat.

Quickly fry the liver in vegetable oil.

Add liver to the meat, leave the stew on the fire for a few minutes, so the meat and liver are "friends".
