Potato pie
I wanted to cook potato zrazy with different fillings. I haven't had time to mess with each right separately. So I decided to combine them all in a pie.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1.5 kg

  • Carrots

    4 piece

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Green onions

    6 piece

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Bread crumbs

    1 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

  • Margarine

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Boil the potatoes, carrots and eggs. When the potato is cooked, drain the water and mash it like mashed potatoes. Add 2 eggs, butter and flour, add salt. Knead the potato dough. But I added a little flour and potatoes I had loose. Set aside to cool. Prepare the toppings. 1 - boiled carrots grate on a coarse grater. 2 - fry the onions in vegetable oil when it becomes Golden brown, add the minced meat and cook until ready. 3 - eggs clean and finely chop. Green onions wash, also chop and combine with eggs.

Form of grease with margarine and put it in the potato dough. To level and cover the sides of the form. Spread filling alternately.

The stuffing and potatoes again.

Then the eggs with the onions, cover all the last layer of potato dough.

To break the egg into a mug, stir and spread it over top layer of cake. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes.

While preparing a cake, we make one more filling sauce. Cut the mushrooms. Fry the onions in vegetable oil until Golden brown, add the mushrooms and simmer for about 15 minutes. The resulting liquid is drained into the bowl, the mushrooms and onions sprinkle with flour, stir, add sour cream and liquid from the bowl. Mix well, add salt and bring to readiness. Pie put it on plates, pour the mushroom sauce and serve. Bon appetit!
