In itself the dish is very simple, but I would like to share the idea of using corn grits-or "Polenta" for breading. Chicken turns out very juicy, with a crispy crust, "cheerful" colors. Help yourself!

Cooking
Chicken Breasts cut into 3-4 oblong strips diagonally marinade for the sauce "Teriyaki" ( or soy sauce), lemon juice, garlic, pepper, paprika and ginger. To marinate you can, as 20 minutes before cooking, and at night, leaving in a cold place.
For breading use "Polenta". [i]If we use cornmeal, it is desirable to slightly grind it in a coffee grinder, as "Polenta" - it's a grain more finely.[/i]
And fry in a well heated pan in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
