  • Sugar

    6 Tbsp

  • Potato starch

    2 Tbsp

On a dry pan to brown the sugar until dark brown and adding a little water, prepare the syrup. It will take 2 tablespoons of sugar and 3-4 tablespoons water.

To boil the milk, add caramel syrup, diluted with cold milk, starch and 4 tablespoons of sugar. And give more time to boil. Pour into servings and let cool.
