Description
This vertuta I was taught to do by my grandmother. The recipe I liked, because the dough does not need to lay their eggs, and vertucci is quite lean. And this recipe is very simple, can make even the children. And this vertuta can bake in the post. I made it with different fillings: pumpkin, sweet curds, cottage cheese and greens, with a cherry. Toppings can be as diverse as you let your imagination.

Cooking
In a large bowl add flour, pour oil, add hydrated soda, slowly add water, stirring mixture with a hand.
Start with the hand knead the dough until it becomes homogeneous. Next, take out the dough from the bowl and knead for 5 minutes on the table.
Flatten the dough into a bun, put it back in the bowl, cover it with a towel and leave for 20 min.
Take the apples, remove seeds and cut into cubes. Pour into a plate or bowl and add the cinnamon and raisins. Stir.
Take out the dough and cut into 4 pieces. Take one piece and roll out very thin. Slightly grease it with vegetable oil and sprinkle with sugar.
Next, put the apples and fold the dough rolls. You can pour over the vegetable oil. The same is done with the other three pieces.
Spread on oiled baking sheet
Put in heated to 180-185 degrees oven for 20-30 minutes, until Golden brown.
When our vertucci baked, take out the pan from the oven and make a loaf nadrezki at the same distance. Later, when Moldavian layer pie cools, shovel fully share it.
Don't forget, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar. Spread on a plate. Bon appétit!
