Gnocchi from apples and beets
After the well-known competition is transferred from the article this recipe. Very simple preparation, but very tasty. Because the site has very few recipes without gluten, I decided to keep the original recipe in the gluten free version, but you can do with regular flour.

Ingredients

  • Beets

  • Yolk egg

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Rice flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Potato starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Blue cheese

  • Parsley

Wrap the beets in foil and bake it in the oven for about half an hour at a temperature of 220°C. as soon As it is ready, leave to cool. Then peel and cut into cubes. Clean one Apple and blend it together with cubes of beets in a blender. If the mass is a little dry, add a spoonful of Apple juice (or beetroot). Put puree in a bowl, season with salt and add a tablespoon of olive oil.
