Yeast buckwheat pancakes meat with mushrooms
These delicious pancakes are we going to do from buckwheat flakes or buckwheat. Will tell you both versions and you will see how the cereal simplify the cooking process and save our time. So, if you decided not to go the easy path and chose buckwheat. It needs to be cleaned, pour water to the level of grains (no more!) and cook until complete evaporation of water. Pour the milk, add sugar and bring to a boil. With the help of a blender grind this mixture (you can leave small grains of buckwheat), and allow it to cool to warm condition (desired temperature for the dough). When the mass is warm, proceed to step three.
