Eggplant in creamy sauce
Love eggplants in any form. This recipe is characterized by its nutritional value and delicate flavor.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Greens

  • Vegetable oil

  • Flour

    1 tsp

With a vegetable peeler, remove the peel and cut into cubes.

Cold water potseluem and lay the eggplant. Leave for 20 min.

Chop the greens and garlic.

Rinse eggplant under cold water and give water to drain.

Fry in small amount of oil the eggplant for 3 minutes on high heat. Add the soy sauce and Kikkoman stir-fry for 2 min.

Sprinkle the eggplant with flour.

Add the garlic and the cream. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Sprinkle with herbs and serve.
