Description
It can be not necessarily tropical – I just have a filling meats from the miracle fruit type papaya and coconut, and can be any berries and fruits. Dough – on sparkling mineral water. All very quick and easy to cook.

Cooking
Whisk the eggs and sugar.
Add the vegetable oil, mineral water, stir. Add flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, knead the dough. Put it into the form, lubricated with oil (I use baking paper, grease it is not necessary).
Fruit I took canned "Tropical cocktail." Spread fruit (without the liquid) on top of the dough.
For topping oil (usually advised to take frozen and grate, I take room temperature and stirred everything for half a minute in a food processor), sugar and flour mix into crumbs. Depending on the quality of the oil you may need more or less flour. Pour crumbs over fruit.
Bake at a temperature of about 180 degrees, check the readiness with a wooden toothpick – it should come out of the dough dry. All the cake is ready. Bon appetit!
