Semolina pour the milk (yogurt) in 15 minutes. Then add eggs, sugar, soft butter (if using margarine, melt it), grated pumpkin (raw), lemon zest (if you like). Mix well. Add the flour mixed with vanilla and soda (to repay vinegar or lemon juice). Stir it carefully. Here we get the dough.
Pour it into the form (the form is pre-greased and sprinkled with semolina) and put in oven at 180*C bake. Readiness check with a toothpick.
