Puff strudel
My podruzhenki of Irisi (dog-rose) was the 100 th anniversary recipe. So I decided to cook something delicious, but a lot of time for reflection was not, as the anniversary was yesterday, and we had something urgent come up. I opened my favorite Apple jam and bought the kiwi. And here's what I came up with.

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    0.5 kg

  • Jam

    300 g

  • Kiwi

    3 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

To prepare the strudel, we will need puff pastry. It is possible to prepare independently or to use a ready purchased. I chose the latter, so I left it for 30 minutes in the room to make it unfreeze.

For the filling, take kiwi, cut into slices and Apple jam (you can choose more according to Your taste).

The dough is cut into rectangles and spread on the dough at the beginning of the kiwi, then jam.

Connect the opposite side of the rectangle. Then connect the bottom and top.

The resulting rectangle turn and make three cuts.

The yolk separated from the protein. He will need to lubricate the top of the strudel.

Placed layered strudels on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper beforehand. Grease them on top of the yolk. Preheat the oven to temperature of 220 degrees (about 5 min). Put the baking sheet with strudels in the oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes until the strudels will not get a Golden color.
