Long wanted to share with You this recipe. But, as that did not happen... Now that the contest is announced, I'm still honored to do it. Recipe successfully settled down in my notebook for about a year and a half ago and to this day is popular, and not just at home. Happy to share with You this simple recipe!

Cooking
The products that we need.
Sausages (I cabanossi with cheese) cut into small pieces. Fillet, wash and dry with a paper towel, cut into small pieces. The potatoes (it is better to take not very large) peeled and cut into quarters. If the potatoes are young, can not be cleaned.
In a pan heat 1 tablespoon of oil and fry the fillets until Golden brown. Salt, pepper and add the sausages. Fry all together and spread on a plate.
To the pan add the remaining 2 tablespoons butter. Put potatoes, salt and contradict. In the original recipe the potatoes are cooked on medium heat, I always cook at high temperatures on the 5th level out of 6 possible. Now, fry the potatoes for 10 minutes without lid and 10 minutes under the lid, not forgetting to stir. Cooking time will depend on the size of the potato, so it might take a little more or a little less time
While preparing the potatoes clean onions and garlic. Cut onion into large slices, garlic grind. In the prepared potatoes, add orange juice (this time I have a tangerine) and a lemon rind, you can skip this step. But... I still recommend it not to miss. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, if necessary.
Next to the potatoes add the meat, sausage, onion and garlic. Simmer all together for about 5-7 minutes, then add herbs. Of course, it is better to use fresh (in my case dry), perfect oregano, thyme and Basil, herbes de Provence will also be appropriate.
