Cooking
The lentils boil until tender.
Onions and garlic, peel and lightly fry in vegetable oil. Add the cinnamon, thyme and Bay leaf and fry. Then pour the tomato sauce and simmer the mixture over low heat for 10 minutes.
Add the mixture into the prepared lentils and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve.
