I have tried many variants of the Nest, but this one I liked the most) as prepared at the request of the husband, hence the name)

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Butter

    4 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Condensed milk

    500 g

  • Walnuts

    50 g

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Cocoa powder

    2 tsp

  • Milk

    4 Tbsp

  • Butter

    25 g

  • Dark chocolate

Cooking

Beat the egg with 100 g of sugar,

Add sour cream, the remaining 100 g of sugar, slaked soda, stir,

Put the cooled melted butter, mix well,

Pour the sifted flour, how much (the dough should be thick, it took me 300 g).

Knead a thick dough, put in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Remove from refrigerator dough, pinch off from it a little piece and lay them separately from each other on a floured baking sheet.

Bake at 180 degrees until Golden brown.

The finished pieces grind ( I did it by hand ) and put in a deep container.

To prepare the cream: soft butter, mix well with condensed milk, add the crushed under the rolling pin walnuts.

For chopped pieces, add cream, stir, still spread on the dish, forming a mound.

To prepare glaze, sugar, cocoa and warm milk stir well to avoid lumps, add the softened butter. Put on a small fire and, stirring, cook until thick.

To cover the "hill" glaze. Top generously sprinkle with grated chocolate. Anthill is ready! The cake to soak for 20 minutes, then put in the fridge for a couple hours, and preferably overnight.
