Cake-souffle
Dietary, delicate, legoe souffle. Spoil yourself to a delicious dessert without worrying about the waist.

Ingredients

  • Persimmon

Ingredients four. Dessert with orange, so the orange jam, of course, TM Mahe.

From orange squeeze juice, we will need 100 ml. I took one orange. Soak gelatine in orange juice to swell. Gelatin, as you know, different. I have instant, took 2 teaspoons.

Persimmon peel the film and remove seeds (if any). The pulp (about 150 grams) and place in the bowl of a blender, add 1 tbsp of orange marmalade, chop until smooth.

Juice with gelatin heat to dissolve gelatin, add to the pureed persimmons, mix well. Whip the mass with a mixer to increase in 2 times (I did a nozzle with a whisk immersion blender).

Pour it into moulds, put into the refrigerator for a couple of hours until firm. I got 5 molds, a volume slightly less than 100 ml. I used silicone molds, but ceramic (ceramic is possible in portions and serve without removing them from the dessert).

Cut with orange peel a bit of zest, cut into thin strips.

Finished cakes remove from the molds, decorate with orange marmalade TM Mahe and strips of peel. Easy fruit dessert, aromatic, sour. What is needed in the spring to maintain the body in good shape and in a good mood.
