Description
Recipe unearthed in the bowels of Kalinga. Its author Karine thank you so much. The subject has been undeservedly forgotten, and roll very tasty. Here, however, with the decoration of confectionery, I did not play well. Handle wonky. But the taste compensates for all the shortcomings of appearance. :-)Lovers of chocolate and coffee loaf should love.

Cooking
The oven be heated to a temperature of 220 deg. The pan covered baking paper. I had oiled it, but it all depends on the quality of the paper. Flour, cocoa, baking powder and 2 teaspoons of coffee mix and sift several times. Proteins separated from the yolks and beat until stiff. Add sugar or powdered sugar in stages and beat. Separately, lightly beat yolks.
The egg yolks add to a protein blend. Mix gently, add flour mixture and cocoa and coffee, mix and add hot milk. Mix all together and pour the resulting batter into the pan. Place in oven and bake for 8 mins I Have a gas oven without a thermometer, so checked the readiness with a match.
While the cake is baked, spread on the table a sheet of baking paper or a clean cloth, evenly lightly dusted with sugar (quite a bit). Ready cake carefully turn over onto the prepared paper and cover with damp cloth for 1 min. Then carefully remove the paper on which the cake was baked.
Roll the dough into a roll together with paper or cloth and leave to cool. Meanwhile, whip the cream with the icing sugar and coffee, add the chopped chocolate and almonds. I did it the other way. Melted chocolate with one spoon of cream in a water bath and to this mixture dissolved a spoonful of coffee. The mixture was cooled and added in whipped with sugar cream. Then there is the added almonds.
Roll to deploy, coat with cream and roll. Here I screwed up a little. Got a few cracks, but the taste is not affected.:-)
Decorated just melted chocolate with a couple of tablespoons of cream. But in the original it was proposed to decorate with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.Chill in the fridge and you can eat.
