Recipe from the Gastronom magazine Greek edition. Cooking
Mushroom soak in advance.
Chicken salt and pepper. Fry it on both sides in a skillet in a well-heated oil (half of this in the ingredients), put in the prepared capacity, the grease and oil to pour out.
Pour the remaining oil and fry the onion until soft Chesnok.
Add pepper, put out the wine, simmer for 3-4 minutes to evaporate the alcohol, add the broth and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add sugar and tomatoes, bring to boil.
Pour the sauce on the chicken, add the mushrooms and reduce the heat to low, cover...
Choose pieces of cooked chicken and keep warm.
The sauce boil down until thick, add the remaining spices and seasonings if necessary with salt and pepper.
Pour the sauce over the chicken and give a little brew.
Serve with pasta, mash, rice or with a green salad and fresh bread. Savory!
