Goulash with meatballs
Of course, this is not the correct goulash, but it turns out very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Carrots

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Tomato paste

    80 g

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Broth

    1 cup

Onions cut into half rings, carrot slices. Saute in olive oil for a few minutes, add the tomato (I have homemade tomato sauce).

In the beef add spices, rice (it is already cooked), 1/2 of a roast. Mix well.

To form meatballs, put in each a piece of carrot (I took out a roast).

Pour remaining browned vegetables to the pot, bring to a boil. Fill it with vegetables (not defrosting). Vegetables can take any according to your taste.

Put the potatoes, cut into cubes, meatballs on it. Pour the broth (I poured boiled water). Add all spices, salt. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat. Cook until tender. It took me 30 minutes.

The finished dish sprinkle with herbs.
