Cooking
To make a cake it is better to use millet company Mistral.
Millet rinse well with hot water. A glass of water bring to a boil, salt, add millet. Cook until tender.
Chicken fillet grind convenient way for you (I used blender) to Prepare a pea (unfortunately, now only frozen)
Onion and garlic finely chop the cubes, fry a few minutes in olive oil.
Into the cooled millet add the onion, garlic, egg, fillet, peas, 3 tablespoons of cream. Add spices, mix well.
Put our "dough" in the form (you can take any, I used for the cupcakes), the bottom of the grease and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Put to bake in pre-heated oven. Bake at 180 deg. 30 minutes. At this time, the tomatoes do notches, pepper finely chop.
In a saucepan or frying pan, as you prefer, stir the water, sugar, salt. Put the tomatoes, sprinkle with pepper, bring to a boil, turn down the gas fire. Steamed for a few minutes. Add starch and mix well to avoid lumps. You can pre-starch diluted in a spoonful of water. I used 2 tbsp of jelly cake. Very conveniently, I recommend.
The finished cake put on the tomatoes. Due to the jelly they are well kept. The taste reminded me of Bulgarian tomatoes. Sometime in the distant Soviet times, they were sold in banks. Maybe someone remembers... eh, so I wanted to decorate with sprigs of rosemary, but, alas, not found. Decorated with leaves of dill.
