Cooking

step-0
It's simple! Will do first cake. Will beat into a soft mousse 2 eggs.
step-1
Add the condensed milk.
step-2
Gradually, 1 spoon, add the flour, and beat thoroughly each time. Then add soda and vanilla and again all peremeshaem carefully. Yay! The dough is ready!
step-3
Pour into shape (preferably rectangular, not round).
step-4
Bake in a preheated oven at 180*C for approximately 25-30 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
step-5
While the cake is baking, prepare the pistachios. If they have not cleaned, then, of course, clean. Grind in a blender, but not in the dust! ;)
step-6
I had a force majeure! The jam that I have purchased in the trading network, was not there - solid chemistry! I did not panic and made jam from dried apricots. If someone is not as lucky, see below. Take dried apricots 200 grams. Wash, remove the chemicals by provarivanija for a minute. Re-wash, add 200 grams of water, sugar to your taste (someone who likes sweeter, someone not very sweet) and cook on low heat for 20 min. Grind in a blender. Of course, it's not exactly jam which we would like, but...
step-7
Further steps have not managed to capture, "confiscated "the camera. While the camera was distracted I cut the edges of the cake so it is smooth rectangle. Then I cut the cake along. The lower portion was impregnated with syrup.(In the boiled water put the sugar, heat to boiling, cool and add cognac). Then applied a layer of jam. Put on top the second part of the biscuit again soaked the syrup caused the remaining jam. Sprinkled biscuit crumbs (made from scraps of sponge cake) and pistachio. And then cut into cakes. I got 6 square cakes. And in General, can be any shape. The photo is all I managed to grab for myself! ;) We have a family of 6 people, so each brownie!
