For me this recipe was the real surprise and gift this year, and since I love pickles, then no doubt in its preparation was not an ounce! I just had a little listen to the advice of the blogger Rochelle and added, though in two times less than cane sugar! The recipe is liked, surprised and captivated by its taste! The meat turns out as though wrapped in the sauce and when cooked forms a delicate fragrant top coat!

Cooking
Meat pepper black ground pepper.
Prepare ingredients for marinade.
Garlic, ginger, lemon zest, mint and cilantro, punching in a blender.
Add juice, oil, Tabasco, cumin, salt, sugar and oregano and again to break through. PS the Meat is very spicy, if you like the softer taste, then reduce the dose of Tabasco 2 times.
