Malt bread
Girls and boys, You all know how I love to experiment with baking bread. So today I come to You with incredibly delicious bread. I bake it for several days in a row, because my family is just crazy. I hope You and the recipe have to taste. Everyone is welcome to visit.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    680 g

  • Water

    400 ml

  • Malt

    3 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Our products:

Boil the malt in 100 ml of boiling water, add malt and stir well. Allow to cool to room temperature.

Put in the bucket of CPS all products according to instructions.

Select "Basic bread", size - XL (mine is approximately 700 g of flour), the crust color - on request.

This is amazing, a huge roll of bread we get.

Take out the bread from the mold, wrap in a towel and allow the bread to cool completely.
