've wanted to cook meatloaf... And finally decided! It came out great! I suggest you treat yourself to this wonderful and easy to make dessert!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Sugar

  • Instant coffee

    3 tsp

  • Milk

  • Gelatin

    20 g

  • Cocoa powder

    2 tsp

  • Dark chocolate

Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the egg yolks with 4 tbsp sugar until white. Pour gelatin in small amount of milk.

Separately, beat egg whites until you get fluffy foam.

Add a couple of tablespoons of proteins to the yolks and mix gently. Add 4 tbsp flour and mix well. Then put the dough all the whites and gently mix everything.

Line a baking pan with baking paper and grease it with oil. To distribute our air mass across the surface. Bake in a preheated 160 degree oven for 12-15 minutes.

Let's cream. Beat the yolk with a small amount of sugar, pour the milk and mix everything carefully. Put on the heat, add the remaining sugar. Once the mixture slightly thickens, add coffee and cocoa. Warm up on slow fire for 10 minutes. Add the swollen gelatin and to achieve its complete dissolution. Remove from heat and leave to cool slightly.

Beat 2 protein with a small amount of sugar (no matter whether you make sugar syrup or pour the sand - your choice).

Stir in the beaten egg whites into the cooled cream.

Biscuit remove from the oven, place on a towel and quickly, while still hot, rolled into a roll together with the towel.

For convenience and uniform distribution of the cream I used sompura. Put the loaf in the refrigerator until complete solidification of the cream (I was night).
