Flipping through my mom's recipe notebook and there I came across this simple, but with such a big name cookies. Baked. Pretty decent cookies. My baby was eating for both cheeks.
Ingredients

Cooking
RUB the eggs with sugar white. Add soft margarine. Mix well.
Add flour, soda and knead a soft, greasy dough that does not stick to hands.
Roll out the dough on a floured Board with a thickness of about 0.5 cm Cut shape figures. You can just squeeze out circles with a glass.
Spread on a dry baking sheet. With a fork to make cookies with holes and brush with egg. I have had an assistant.
Bake in preheated oven until Golden brown. 180 degrees.
