Mushroom soup with potatoes

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Potatoes

  • Carrots

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    2 piece

  • Water

    1 l

  • Salt

  • Greens

  • Roots

  • Vegetable oil

Peel the potatoes, grate on a grater for Korean salads. Rinse well in water.

Dried potatoes to fry in small portions in hot oil until Golden brown. Potatoes fried quickly, so be sure to prevent it from burning.

Ready potatoes spread on a sieve, sprinkle with salt and drain off the oil. Potatoes "Pai" is ready.

Cut onion finely, carrot RUB on a grater.

Mushrooms to cut, but not go into too much detail.

In a saucepan with a thick bottom or, as in my case, in a pot fry the onion with the carrots, add the mushrooms. Simmer until the liquid is evaporated from the mushrooms.
