Description

Cream soufflé with fruit
Light, airy dessert with fruit. Simple to prepare, will not take much time. You can use any fruits that are in the fridge.

Ingredients

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Gelatin

    10 g

  • Powdered sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Pear

    1 piece

  • Mandarin

    1 piece

Cooking

Soak gelatine in milk for 40 minutes. Whip the cream with the icing sugar.

Melt the soaked gelatine, but do not let boil. Peel the pear and tangerine, cut into large sticks, put in kremanku.

Add the gelatin to the cream, mix well. Pour fruit. Put in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Ready souffle sprinkle with grated chocolate. Bon appetit!
