Because the dough is prepared quickly, immediately turn on the oven at 180*C

In a Cup lightly beat eggs with vegetable oil. In another, mix the flour, 175 gr sugar and baking powder. Pour mineral water into a glass. Now 2-3 reception add to egg mixture the flour with the sugar and mineral water. Mix well and pour into a mold, the bottom of which is covered with baking paper (shape diameter 24-26 cm).

Bake for 25 minutes at 180*C, check the readiness with a match. Remove from mold (carefully! very gentle, it is better to give first a little bit to cool down), cooled the cake again put in the form, but "upside down" because the bottom turns smoother than the top (of course, this can not be done at Your discretion). Jam catches a few berries for decoration, the rest of the jam spread on the cake, even out and send to the fridge.

While the cake cools completely, make the cream. Sheet gelatin soaked in water to soften, and do, mix the cottage cheese, sour cream, orange zest and 75g of sugar. From this mass lay off 2-3 tbsp in a Cup and slightly (very slightly!) it is heated, dissolved in a warm mass of softened gelatin, and then added to the main creamy curd. If gelatin powder, dilute it according to the instructions on the package. In a separate bowl whisk the cream until peaks and add them also to the curd. The cream is ready.
