Salmon with green peas, baked in cream
Dish from the "For the lazy". Very simple, quick and very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    350 g

  • Green peas

    100 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Cream

    100 g

  • Lemon

  • Salt

  • Mustard

    3 tsp

  • Honey

    2 tsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Fillet of salmon cut into 4-6 pieces; season with salt and pepper and marinate in a mixture of mustard, olive oil, minced garlic and honey; put in a fireproof dish.

Add green peas (if frozen - thawed don't need), cream and pieces to put half-slices of lemon (if desired).

Bake in a preheated 200-220°C oven for about 10 minutes. Bon appetit!
