Risotto with seafood
For those who loves rice and seafood are incredibly delicious!!! Try it yourself... To Fast from "Moulinex"

Ingredients

  • Herring

    350 g

  • Figure

    150 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Dry white wine

    50 ml

  • Broth

    500 ml

  • Parmesan

    30 g

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Greens

In hot oil (2 tbsp) fry the finely chopped onion and garlic,

Add seafood and simmer for 3-5 minutes, to be postponed.

In hot oil (1-2 tablespoons) fry the tomato, add the rice and fry for about 2-3 min., stirring constantly.

Add the wine, simmer until the liquid has evaporated, add the broth (1/3). As it has evaporated, add the broth, stirring constantly, simmer for 20 minutes (rice should be soft and a little viscous).

Grate the cheese, greens grind.

To the rice add greens, cheese, stir, add seafood, heat about 5 minutes, serve immediately.
