Chocolate cream
This cream is perfect as a cream or glaze, or as a ready-made dessert.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

Cooking

Finely chop the butter. Add sugar, flour, cocoa, milk. Stir well.

Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thick (7-10 minutes).

This cream is perfect as a glaze, or a layer for cakes, cookies. In childhood with this cream made cookies "nuts." And cream can be consumed, spreading to white bread or cookies. Bon appetit!
