Cold chocolate dessert with fruits
For fans of the black and white chocolate and fresh fruit!!!

Ingredients

  • White chocolate

    300 g

  • Dark chocolate

    200 g

  • Raspberry

    200 g

  • Alcohol

    2 Tbsp

  • Liqueur

    2 Tbsp

  • Baby waffle

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream

    2 Tbsp

Raspberries wash, dry; small forms covered the food with paper, and each spread raspberry filling on 1/3 part.

In a small saucepan melt white chocolate with cream until smooth.

Add "KIRSCH", mix well.

Pour it into moulds with raspberries, put them in the freezer for 15 minutes.

Melt dark chocolate, mix with cream liqueur and ice-cream or walnut crumbs and pour it into moulds with the fruit; put back in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.

After hardening remove the cakes from the tins, remove the parchment paper; store in refrigerator.
