Cook pudding, but INSTEAD of milk, take 300 ml dry white wine 30 gr of sugar. Squeeze the gelatine and add to hot pudding, stir to dissolve the gelatin. Combine the cheese with 50 g sugar and add to the pudding. Put the cold.
