Autumn... I Personally love the warm autumn! Like last year... When a lot of sun and foliage shines bright yellow-brown highlights... And how I hoped that this will be the same!!! And we have that?! Looking out the window — the sun, the sky, clouds - beautiful! Go outside — the wind, the freezing cold, the sun then hides... so what to do?! Right! To cook something delicate, but at the same time bright, juicy and very sweet! I propose a compromise: I — pie with apples, strawberries and custard, with the fall — still a little warm sun!

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    250 ml

  • Brown sugar

    425 ml

  • Flour

    560 ml

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

    0.5 tsp

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Strawberry

    350 g

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Turmeric

  • Powdered sugar

So, let's start! First, prepare the main dough. To do this, take 1 Cup of brown sugar (as you have probably realized, today is our Cup equals 250ml :-) ) and put it in a container where we prepare the dough.

On the stove begin to heat up milk when it is warm, add our yolk-sugar mixture and a little turmeric. Continue to heat the cream until boiling and thickened, stirring CONSTANTLY. About turmeric: I've added it for color. So if you have the yolks are a beautiful orange - you can do without it. When the cream is ready - remove from heat and allow to cool a little.
