The abundance of tropical fruits, bright colors, blue ocean... this dish is very much unusual, it would seem, for us the combinations of meat, in the marinade of mustard and balsamic vinegar with caramelized sugar crust and pineapple. And garnish with corn, tomatoes.. why not an exotic?In fact, the components of this dish perfectly complement each other.

Cooking
To combine soy sauce,mustard,tomato paste,balsamic vinegar , 3 tbsp vegetable oil,curry,whip.Garlic clear,skip through the press,add the marinade,mix well.Liberally drumstick marinade,cover with cling film and leave in the fridge overnight.
Marinated drumsticks to roast 20 minutes in a pan with vegetable oil until Golden brown.
At the end of cooking add the chopped canned pineapple with the juice,sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sugar,simmer 5 min., put on a dish.
To prepare the garnish:wash tomatoes,dry,cut slices out of the jar with corn drain the juice.Bow clean,cut rings.Plug it in,pour dressing: 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar+1 tbsp oil,mix well.
Put on a plate with chicken legs,garnish as desired.
