Rosti. The Swiss national dish is something between a potato muffins and pancakes – grated potatoes, baked with onions and butter.

Cooking
The dish is best to start cooking in the evening. Peel the potatoes (the potatoes should be approximately equal capacity for muffins).
Cook potatoes in salted water until semi cooked (about 10 minutes). Then – mandatory item: potatoes leave overnight in the fridge. From the consistency of the potatoes depends on the taste and texture of rosti! RUB potatoes, onions and cheese (if you put). Preheat the oven to 230 C. Grease muffin tin 2 tablespoons oil, lay in the capacity of the potato mixture, add the remaining oil.
Bake them in the oven until it will turn brown (about 30 minutes). Serve warm with a salad as a separate dish or as a side dish.
