Description

Rybnik with mushrooms
Rybnik - traditional Russian fish pie. It is eaten as a separate dish and as a snack. Fish doing a variety of additives. I suggest you get with mushrooms. This dish is very unusual! He doesn't have the bright flavor of fish or mushrooms, and the result is something extremely tasty, tender and juicy!!! My little fish is not very profitable, and in this version, ate a sweet soul, she didn't even realize it was a fish :))). Try to diversify your menu, replacing traditional cakes at the "Rybnik& ;quot;! And on the holiday table, it would be a cool snack!!!

step-0
Carrot RUB on a coarse grater or cut into small cubes. Onion cut into strips. Fry them in butter until soft.
step-1
Fresh mushrooms washed, cut into small pieces and fry until cooked. If you have, as I dry - clean them well, soak overnight, then boil in the same water for 15 minutes. Cool, rinse again, chop into small pieces and fry in butter 10 - 15 minutes.

Mix mushrooms with roasted carrots and onions.
step-3
Fish fillet cut into pieces and grind in a blender, if no blender, then mince. In minced meat add the bread previously soaked in milk, egg and again whisk blender...
step-4
... add the vegetables with mushrooms, salt and spices (I have sweet paprika - 1 tsp, very much we love her :) ).
step-5
The short form (pan) grease well with butter or margarine, and sprinkle thoroughly with breadcrumbs...
step-6
... pour the mixture into the form and pour on top of melted butter.
step-7
Cover with foil and bake in a preheated 180 - 200 degree oven for 20 minutes, then remove foil and let it stand another 30 minutes - 40, it all depends on the oven. That's all :)
