Carrot RUB on a coarse grater or cut into small cubes. Onion cut into strips. Fry them in butter until soft.

Mix mushrooms with roasted carrots and onions.

... add the vegetables with mushrooms, salt and spices (I have sweet paprika - 1 tsp, very much we love her :) ).
The short form (pan) grease well with butter or margarine, and sprinkle thoroughly with breadcrumbs...

Cover with foil and bake in a preheated 180 - 200 degree oven for 20 minutes, then remove foil and let it stand another 30 minutes - 40, it all depends on the oven. That's all :)
