Braised cabbage with sausage and tomatoes

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    1 plug

  • Sausage

    300 g

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Plugs cabbage finely chopped.

Put in deep pot and cover with water, about 2-3 the amount of cabbage. And cook for 20-25 minutes (depending on firmness of cabbage).

Until cooked cabbage, vegetable oil to fry until Golden brown onion, diced.

Carrots grate on a fine grater.

Add to fried onions. Add the tomatoes, cut into wedges (or tomato paste). Saute for 2-3 minutes.

Sausage cut into cubes.

To the already semi-cabbage add the sauteed vegetables. Mix well.

Then the sausage, stir again.

Simmer until tender approximately 20-25 minutes.
