A good recipe for thin pancakes on kefir from the "school of Gastronome". Of this amount, the test turns out well sooooo big pile – pieces 35. Really surprised they don't say the amount of flour and water – had to pick up.
Cooking
Whisk both sugars into the foam with eggs. Add vodka, salt and beat again. Add the yogurt and portions sifted flour, stirring. The dough should be like thick cream. To extinguish soda with lemon juice or vinegar, add to the dough. Put the oil and let the dough stand for 20 minutes for swelling of gluten flour. Then trickle pour the boiling water and stir. The dough should be as liquid sour cream. Fry on medium heat.
