Puff pastry sticks with cheese and bacon
This crispy snack is perfect for a glass of wine, champagne and of course beer. The simplest preparation of products available - and the result is a great snack at Your Desk. Perfect for the Christmas table and for everyday meals!

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    500 g

  • Bacon

    100 g

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

The dough thaw, roll out.

The egg slightly beat with a fork, add soy sauce. Mix well. I use light soy sauce Cccamp

Smear this mixture of dough.

On half of the dough spread the grated cheese.

Cover the second half and roll.

Cut into rectangles.

Lubricate with a mixture of eggs and soy sauce.

Put on each rectangle on the strip of bacon.

Roll spiral, brush with egg with soy sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Put in a baking pan.

Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
