Cookies with caramel Windows
Fancy cookies that you can how to apply for a festive table and to hang on the tree.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    115 g

  • Sugar

    130 g

  • Brown sugar

    50 g

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Rye flour

    20 g

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Caramel

    40 piece

The dough is prepared in advance – it must Mature for about a half hour in the cold. I cooked 2 days ago and posted it on the balcony. 1. Mix in a large bowl the butter and sugar in 2 types, beat until fluffy and add vanilla. Beat the egg and mix on medium speed 1 min. 2. In a bowl sift the flour with the baking powder and salt. Three reception pour the dry mixture into the oil and stir. 3. Divide the dough into 2 pieces, flatten with hand to shape the disk. Wrap in cling film and put to cool. 4. Preheat the oven to 180C. Roll out the dough thinly (about 6mm thick), cut figurines molds inside to make boxes of any shape. If we hang on the tree, with a chopstick to make holes at the top.

5. Caramels to put in a thick plastic bag and a kitchen mallet to crush them a bit.

6. Bake the cookies for about 10 minutes on paper or a silicone Mat (on a greased will not work). For a couple of minutes until cooked in the center to pour the broken candy and again put in the oven.

7. Remove the pan from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes so that the caramel froze and joined with biscuits.
