Spicy chicken pastrami
Hi all! I decided to share with you my recipe. Found on the website several methods of cooking pastrami, but mine is slightly different from the rest, mostly in preparation of a salamuri (thanks to Generico know the name of this mix). The meat turns out very soft. Fans of spicy will like it!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    2 piece

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    2 Tbsp

  • Chili

    0.5 tsp

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Nutmeg

Cooking

Chicken fillet (I Breasts - cut into 2 parts and separated from the bone) wash, soak overnight in saline solution.

Take out the meat from the solution, dry it, wrapped with thread, so that the fillet is not broke.

Mix the honey, vegetable oil, paprika, garlic, pushed through a press, of Chile and a pinch of nutmeg.

Coat all sides of fillet with this mixture. Bake fillets in a preheated 250 With about 20 minutes. Better if under the fillet on a baking sheet to spread foil: I'm here this time missed it and found out that burnt garlic is very hard to pull out from the pan. Ready pastroma cooled, without removing it from the oven.
