Very flavorful and delicious, truly a winter pie! Long doubted whether to put it to the competition, seeing what masterpieces are made by our cooks, but still decided. In our family the New year is always accompanied by the purchase of citrus, particularly of mandarins, and I always bake some kind of pie with them. This cake is a favourite. Fruit pudding filling, and top it with a crisp - I'm sure you will enjoy this tandem!

Cooking
For making our cake will prepare all the necessary products. In this recipe I used the pudding in vanilla and baking powder "Dr. Oetker"

Bake pie 50-60 minutes, until the top is browned. The cake should cool completely.
After cooling, the cake needs to be put in the fridge for a few hours. I removed the night. After that, when cut pieces are smooth and beautiful.
