Cooking
Using a blender grind the meat and onions. Prepare the vegetables (wash, peel). Heat the oil in a large frying pan and throw the meat, quickly stirring the meat to fry a little. Then throw the onion. Simmer under a lid for about 5 minutes, put the meat into another container and leave to cool for about 10 minutes. Add chopped herbs to taste, in my case, a bunch of parsley.
To the mince add 2 eggs, mix and finally add the grated cheese. Prepare the form (I 26 cm), cover the bottom of a form, baking paper and coat with vegetable oil, including the sides of the form.
Roll out a little dough, put it into the form to form bumpers. We spread our filling, level the top and decorate as desired, either another layer of dough, or cut out strips and laid diagonally (who at that fancy enough). Grease the top of the pie with beaten egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional). Send the cake in the preheated oven to 180C for 35-40 minutes.
