Pork barbecue in the hot marinade
Don't want to mess with wash skewers and waste time to follow the barbecue? Try to cook the pork barbecue, a good option both as a hot dish in the country, and as a Supplement to the morning sandwich.

Ingredients

  • Pork neck

    800 g

  • Ketchup

    100 g

  • Chili

    1 pinch

  • Dry red wine

    2 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic powder

    0.5 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

Cooking

Cooking time is given without time for marinating meat. Mix all ingredients except meat. Heat over medium heat to dissolve the sugar and heat for about 2 minutes.

Well to coat the meat on all sides and leave at least 2 hours.

To ignite the grill and sear the meat on all sides until Golden brown.

Wrap the meat in three layers of foil, to rake the coals in the middle of the grill, put the meat in the middle and enclosed on two sides by charcoal. After 10 minutes flip. Cook for about 50 minutes, turning every 10-15 minutes, so the meat cooked evenly.

To get the meat and not to deploy another 15 minutes, give it a rest. Then cut into thin slices.
