The liver, baked in tomato sauce
Very tasty dish for fans of chicken liver, you are all invited to the dinner))the Liver was very tender with a nice sauce.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    500 g

  • Salt

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Khmeli-suneli

Ingredients required for preparing tender and very tasty. The liver is rinsed and dried with paper towel. Garlic to clean.

In a bowl (I have ceramic) put the liver, salt to taste, add the Khmeli-suneli, from top to squeeze the garlic.

Tomato paste dilute with water, pour the liver. Put in oven, t=200* approximately 50 minutes.

The dish is ready, serve with your favourite side dish, I figure. The dish turned out tender and flavorful, all ate with gusto (even the kids ) and I Hope You enjoy the recipe. Bon appetit!!
