Potato zrazy stuffed with liver
Tasty and healthy dish for dinner. Even if your household don't like offal, these pancakes they will eat with pleasure!

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    600 g

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Bow white

  • Carrots

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Chicken egg

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

    3 tsp

  • Allspice

  • Butter

First make a stuffing. Liver clear from the films and ducts, wash and mince together with onion, garlic and carrot. Then fry in a pan in vegetable oil until evaporation of liquid. Here's parsik obtained:
