Ice cream and dessert out of it
Most of us like ice cream and cold desserts, especially in the heat. Tried a lot of homemade ice cream - but it was always greasy - delicious, but greasy, mostly cream, condensed milk. Like ice cream with yogurt, cottage cheese, but wanted something closer to ice cream, but not greasy, and not to mix in the freezer, making sure to avoid the crystals. A few years ago I came across a recipe, tweaked by himself and is now among the favorites. One recipe came out two beautiful dishes - ice cream and cold dessert. You can connect with whipped cream - you will get fatter. Try? Personally, my preference is dessert!

Ingredients

In boiling water add the jelly powder and dissolve without a trace. Cool slightly until warm and mix with berry puree. If the sauce is raspberries or blackberries - wipe through a sieve if you don't want the small seeds in the ice cream - I'm lazy.

To hold the container, which will steam the milk, and the nozzle mixer unit for 15 minutes in the freezer. Pour very cold milk into a container (kept in the freezer).

Beat with a mixer milk, to lush stable foam. The photo shows how to increase the volume of milk. If the milk is well chilled - whipped without problems and quickly.

Turn on the mixer and poured under the blades of the mixer jelly with mashed potatoes.

I made 2 desserts for 350 ml and the rest is ice cream approximately 250-300 ml. Pour part of the mass into the form, sprinkle chocolate chips to taste, mix and put in the freezer - I have stood is 5 hours.
