And strongly recommend to use a vanilla pod to flavour the dessert... At the very least, replace the vanilla!

Cooking
In bowl, lightly beat eggs, egg whites and sugar.

Sometimes the cream needs to hold for 20 minutes longer in the oven. Ready cream should be covered with a delicate crust and thicken...
Gently pull the tray out of the oven and just as carefully to get the bowl. Can't touch this! Allow to cool and then refrigerate at least 2 hours.
