Granola bars with peanuts and cranberries
These bars are perfect for Breakfast and for a snack during the day. And cook them very simply!

Ingredients

  • Condensed milk

    1 can

  • Oat flakes

    250 g

  • Coconut shavings

    75 g

  • Cranberry

    100 g

  • Seeds

    125 g

  • Peanuts

    125 g

For making these bars, I used the Hercules wholegrain TM "Mistral".

In a bowl pour the oatmeal, add dried cranberries, coconut, seed mix, peanut.

The dry ingredients are mixed well.

Add condensed milk to the dry mixture, again mix well.

A veiled pan with parchment paper (I use a cookie sheet size of 22*30 cm), spread the mixture, distribute evenly. Press mixture to the bottom of the form is NOT NECESSARY! This will give a light structure to the bars.

Bake granola in a preheated 130 C oven for about an hour, remove the pan from the oven. After about 15 minutes, remove the granola from the parchment and cut them into bars (I chopped 14 bars). Bon appétit!
